We provided MEP Engineering Design design services for the new Crown Equipment sales and service branch facility and warehouse expansion totaling 100,000 SF. This new branch building will be replacing the existing Houston branch building on the adjacent site. The existing building will eventually be demolished and tentatively the old Crown branch site will become additional parking and circulation for the new building.

The new branch building location for Crown Equipment will be on a 4.53 acre property that Crown purchased in 2014 adjacent and directly to the West of the existing site.
